Abschluss

In addition to these classic contracts, new special contract types are constantly being found in general contract law in legal practice that are not explicitly regulated by law, such as leasing contracts and franchise contracts. These are often hybrids of the classic contract types, so they usually contain elements of different “classic” contract types and combine them.

Legal regulations on general contract law can be found primarily in Sections 241 ff. of the Civil Code, but regulations on general contract law can also be found in other pieces of legislation such as the Commercial Code.
